Beza Emanuel is an Associate Lawyer at P&P Advogados and participates in various operations in the Angolan and international markets in the financial, corporate, telecommunications, private investment and other sectors.

His experience includes working at the Ministry of Finance (Senior Technician and later Head of the Department of Legal Studies and Normative Production) and the Public Debt Management Unit of the same Ministry.

Beza has a law degree from Universidade Agostinho Neto and a postgraduate degree in Law and Business Management in Oil and Gas from the same University.

He is Assistant Professor of the Discipline of International Trade Law in the Law Degree Course at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Agostinho Neto, and a fellow Mandela Washington Fellowship in the area of Leadership in Public Administration by Howard University.
