Sandra Ramos is an Associate Lawyer at P&P Advogados, with over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Law, with special emphasis on the areas of International Trade Law, Labor and Social Security, tourism, culture, private investment, corporate / corporate .

She has held several positions in public and private institutions, especially: Deputy Director of the Office of the Minister of Hotels and Tourism; Director of the Legal and Human Resources Offices of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism; Directorate of the Legal Office of the Ministry of Tourism and Directorate of the Legal Office of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Environment. She was Coordinator of the Program of the Ministry of Tourism “Revision of the Legislative Package for the Tourism Sector”.

At the academic level, Sandra Ramos has a degree in Law from Universidade Agostinho Neto,in Luanda, and has two Post-Graduations from the same University, namely in “International Trade Law” and in “Labour Law and Social Security” (both in partnership with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon). In 2018, he successfully completed his PhD in Tourism, Leisure and Culture, at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra, in Portugal.

She is the author of the book “Development of Tourism in Luanda – Business Tourism, Management and Sustainability”, published in 2021, by Editora Lisbon International Press. Available at FNAC and Bertrand bookstores, in Portugal, at Cultura bookshop, in Brazil and at Plataformas Digitais. The launch will be made soon in Angola.

Throughout his career, he participates in various technical-professional and executive trainings, and in various international meetings and meetings, namely:

• SADC Tourism Senior Officials Meeting – Dissolution of RETOSA (19 October 2018, Johannesburg-South Africa);

• Technical Meeting on Transboundary Cooperation for the Protection of the Cubango-Okavango River Basin and Extension of the Okavango Delta (3-5 June 2019, Maun-Botswana).
